One more: crackling sound issue (G930)

Hello all,

 

I'm just another user with the crackling sound issue in my G930.

I've read every post on this forum regarding this issue and nothing worked for me.

As I could see, a lot of users have the same problem and Logitech is not providing the expected feedback. So, I'm registering my complaint here.

I expect more from a company that is among the market leaders and I'd like to have an answer from Logitech.

Hello wfadami,

 

  •  If you have an onboard soundcard while using the headset on a USB port, try to disable the onboard soundcard in BIOS.
  • Update the audio codecs of your operating system ( if you have an onboard soundcard )
  • Un-install and reinstall the latest headset software
  • Try different USB ports
  • Try the headset on a different computer. If you get the same results, then its a hardware issue. Contact our support help desk by clicking the link below so you would know correct support number depending on your region.
