I'm just another user with the crackling sound issue in my G930.
I've read every post on this forum regarding this issue and nothing worked for me.
As I could see, a lot of users have the same problem and Logitech is not providing the expected feedback. So, I'm registering my complaint here.
I expect more from a company that is among the market leaders and I'd like to have an answer from Logitech.

- If you have an onboard soundcard while using the headset on a USB port, try to disable the onboard soundcard in BIOS.
- Update the audio codecs of your operating system ( if you have an onboard soundcard )
- Un-install and reinstall the latest headset software
- Try different USB ports
- Try the headset on a different computer. If you get the same results, then its a hardware issue. Contact our support help desk by clicking the link below so you would know correct support number depending on your region.
