Attempting to send a message to Logitech about the poor mic quality, in an attempt to hopefully add to the fire and get the ball rolling... Where the hell is the PID or S/N on a pair of G930s?

I think I found most info on the USB dongle.
Also, Good luck, I contacted their support already.... got a automated reply telling my to try it on different computers and check my recite if it still was under warranty.... After that I lost all hope.

I want to generate a support ticket on this headset too and have encountered the same problem. I've found two labels, one at the inside/top of the headband next to the strip of memory foam and the other on the USB dongle; the P/N and M/N are on both labels but neither has a PID or S/N.

I was also wandering where the PID was. After a 1 1/2 year of 8 out of 10 experience with this headset. I fell in love but have a love hate relationship with it. Software could be better, but now I'm having sound go out for 30-45 seconds then coming back followed by what sounds like popcorn popping. After a week of troubleshooting I put in a request for a replacement. Logitech have been very good with warranty and replacement and I hope they come thru this time again because like many of you I have 6-10 logitech hardware that I absolutely love. I called the 646 number 5/30/12 @ 1pm-2pm PST and waited 20 mins 2 times to randomly get disconnected without talking to anyone. 3rd time I waited for 30 mins and again got disconnected without talking to anyone. Logitech please address this problem. We love your gaming hardware!!!

My issue is that the PID is NOT where Logitech says it should be. Nor is it anywhere else on the head set.
