Potential fix for random crackling/popping noise on G930/G35/Other G related headsets

After a quick google search, I noticed that no one has posted one way to potentially fix this crackling that both my G930 and my old G35 had. I quickly noticed after purchasing my G35 that after every time my computer woke up from sleep mode, the headset would begin to crackled and pop during intense moments in games or video/audio playback. Simply disabling sleep on inactivity had rid both my now currently owned G930 and previous G35 from crackling ever again. Anyone else who experiences crackling in any of these mentioned headsets, do you use sleep mode at all, either knowingly or for power saving?

P.S. If this "fix" has already been posted, please PM me and I'll lock the topic.
