Good Day to you all,

    I work in a desktop support center with 20 employees working at one time. I recently purchased on my own a ClearChat Wireless Headset. My Director was inquiring about purchasing them, due to the nice price. Her main concern is the idea of BLEED IN. Such as phone calls crossing over to other head sets / interference.

 

I told her I was not sure of this issue and would look into it before we make a move on purchasing a large quantity of these head sets.

Hi,

We tested 5 in adjascent cubicles and had no interference. Each set is separate, they do not "bleed" data together.
