I wrote to you previously about a G35 that had a few issues but was mainly concerned about the cushioning flaking off. You were gracious enough to replace that unit for me.
However, the replacement unit when in stereo mode has no sound from the left speaker. Also, in surround the dialogue in games is much softer than it was with the previous unit. I've adjusted the EQ to no avail.
I've attempted to uninstall and reinstall but no luck. This is intermittent but happens more often than not.
I also purchased a g930 just to see if I would like it more than the wired version and after 3 replacements through the retailer came to realize that there is either too much interference in my home or the units just don't stay connected to the usb dongle very well.
So, as I mentioned before I have TONS of logitech products. I recommend them to every customer at the big-box retailer I am employed by. But this headset has been nothing but a headache. I understand the surround is simulated but in many games it just doesn't work at all. It just muffles the sound of the dialogue. In some games it works incredibly well. Left 4 Dead, for instance. Still, for the price paid I would expect more than the 3-4 games out of dozens and dozens that I've tried to sound amazing.
The original incident is recorded as {Personal content removed for your safety}.

Hello Sabbatai2,
If you are still encountering the issue with no audio from the left channel of your Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930, try the following steps to resolve it:
-Go to the Control Panel.
-Select Sound and click Playback Devices.
-Right click the Logitech WIreless Gaming Headset G930 and hit configure.
-Go through the wizard and uncheck all of the speakers so that you only have left and right.
-Right click the Logitech WIreless Gaming Headset G930 again, then go to Properties.
-Click enhancements, and put a check on Channel Phantoming.
I hope this helps. ![]()
