Willing to buy, a ClearChat PC Wireless Receiver for the ClearChat PC Wireless Headphones, since we lost ours.

Have you talked to Logitech's local support to see if they sell spares?

A lot of receivers are available on this basis, and often at pretty good prices.

Look for the "spares shop" on your local version of this site.

Thank you for the suggestion, but unfortunately, Logitech does not offer this specific part as a spare in any country, which is of course rather disappointing. Still looking for used one!

I am having the same problem and the support page doesnt show any spare parts for this. will the other wireless headset receivers work?

The best suggestion I received so far, was to contact the local Logitech customer support in my region about this. You will need need the M/N and the PID of the headphones.  This link will show you how to find that information.

At this time, I'm still waiting for an answer from Logitech's customer support department, but I have the impression that they will be able to help me with this. As soon as I have an answer, I will post it here.

Unfortunately, the Logitech Customer Support department in my country isn't capable of supplying a replacement receiver/dongle. Although I find this lack of service hardly believable, it's something I have to live with, apparently.

It would be terribly wrong to discard of this headset in almost new condition, just because one part is missing. Therefore I'm still looking for this part on the private market.

My headset died - left ear quit and my soldering skills suck soo.... I purchased another on line (refurbished).  I tried to use the old dongle with the new headset and it did not work (the headset works perfectly with its own dongle).   The dongles may be paired to the headset, like microsoft's wireless keyboard mouse combo, in which case getting another random dongle won't help.  If you want to try another random dongle anyway, post a contact method so I can get your address and I'll mail you my old dongle free.

First of all, thank you for taking the trouble to respond. You might be right about not any dongle being suitable. There are numbers/codes on both parts that seem to correspond. Those on the headset I found and I'll mentioned them below. Not at all certain which of these codes are also on the dongle. Could you please have a look? If you are willing to post your dongle, I would be very grateful. Of course I will try to pay for postage, maybe using PayPal. As soon as we have some more confirmation on the numbers/codes on the dongle matching those on the headset, we could go along and I'll IM you my details. Much appreciated! The M/N of my headset is A-00006 and the PID ML052.
