The only time I hear sound is from the headset itself, whenever it's on or when the volume is up all the way. Under playback/recording devices, they're both default after I disabled my other devices. When I do audio troubleshooting, it says that "No Audio Output is Installed" or that it's disabled. I installed it, and the drivers are updated, and it's not disabled under device manager. The mic isn't detected and doesn't work whenever I try Speech Recognition, either. There's not even the volume/sound detecting bar next to the mic under the recording devices tab.
When I click on them both under the playback and recording tabs, the only tabs there are "General", "Levels" and "Enhancement", missing one or two other tabs like Advanced.
I really don't know what to do anymore-- help?
I have Windows 7 Home Premium and a laptop with integrated speakers/mic, which I've already disabled.

A possible fix you can try to resolve the issue with your Wireless headset H600 is to restart the Windows Audio service:
