I just got the g930 in the mail yesterday and I have been having problems charging it I let the battery die yesterday then plugged it in to charge and while the light is flashing orange it doesn't appear to be charging and the software doesn't show it charging or anything I have it plugged in right now and what is happening is the light is flashing orange but sometimes it turns green then starts flashing orange and then does two quick flashes of orange  and stops and goes back to flashing orange i think the headset is turning on and off when it is charging. When I opened the box the headset fell out and hit the floor but was still in the plastic casing could it have broke when that happened? any help with this problem would be great.

This sounds like a hardware issue with the headset. You should contact customer support in your region.
