well ive been using old software for my g19 keyboard and g930 headset and recently i came to logitechs site and downloaded the newest software and installed it and since then i cannot get my headset keys to work like they should aka does not pause on push and unpause on push from media it more presses it twice so it pauses then imediatly unpauses or vise versa and as for vent well thats stoped working all together but when i press the vent keyup button i set on the g19 it scrolls down songs on my media im at a loss as to whats going on since i uninstalled the software and restarted then reinstalled it to no avail none of the buttons seam to do what there suposed to the volume doesnt work the only one that works right is the mute button. help!!!   possible bad software patch? fyi using 7ultimate 64bit and vent 3.0.8 the keyboard works perfectly btw

I have a similar problem. I was using the old software but uninstalled it and installed the new version. now, my g-keys don't do anything and the volume slider/wheel doesn't work either. The mute mic button works. win7 pro 64bit. Also, despite the dolby switch being "down" the dolby logo does not glow red and there isn't any indication of surround sound output.

I would go back to the older software except the equalizer appears to be significantly improved.
