I purchased an h760 november of 2011, despite all the reviews saying that the band on the back breaks very easily. I have been extremely gentle with my headset no matter what I do with it because of having read these reviews before hand.
Now it seems I have encountered yet another problem, that is seemingly unavoidable through regular use of the product.
My charging cable has stopped working. It is not the cable though, I have tried other USB cables with the same connector and I get the same result no matter which cable it is plugged into.
Basically, if the headset is powered on, the charging light slowly turns to a dim orange, and then fades, and then keeps repeating this process. If the headset is turned off, and the charging cable is plugged in, I get nothing out of it at all, no lights on the headset turn on, it simply will not charge.
So I have tried multiple usb cables, multiple usb ports(every usb port on this computer), mutiple computers(every usb port on my laptop). This narrows the problem down to the charging port on the headset itself. Please do not suggest I try things I've already determined do not work.
As you can imagine its absolutely unacceptable to have a wireless headset that you can not use wirelessly after 6 months of regular use.
I am wondering what the process is to have this replaced by logitech. This site says its covered by a 2 year limited hardware warranty, that my situation seems to fall under.
I have proof of purchase, I bought from amazon, so I can simply print the order history for that particular order. Do I need to call logitech support? Also is the only number for customer support in australia?
Thanks, eagerly awaiting the answers to these questions, because I've babied this headset and it still ends up defective after 6 months of use.

When I wanted something replaced under warranty – a key broke on a keyboard – I started the process off using the "Contact Us" bit on the website. At first my query ended up in the wrong bit of the world, but when it landed in the right place the response was very quick.
I received a label to send the thing back at Logitech's cost. Within a few days I had a new keyboard.
Excellent service.
You don't say which country you are in, but as these things vary from place to place you might want to start the process off by going to the local website using the Change Location link.
