Open Chrome
Type in the search bar chrome://plugins
In the top right corner you can find + Details, press it.
Scroll the list until you find Flash, then disable the latest version (11,3,300,265) and keep activate just a previous version. (11,3,300,262)
This is how it has to look at finished work: http://img6.imagebanana.com/img/epdlcqz5/chorme.jp
In my case this have fixed the problem, but a Logitech/Adobe fix is needed.

Hmm, didnt think that flash could be the problem. I had to uninstall the software that comes with the G930 headset to fix it. But then i cant use my G19 keyboard properly. Thanks mate.

Eh, it seems to be working. This issue is incredibly irritating, I can deal with the stereo issues seeing as I always use the 7.1 surround. But the friggin' bass audio is unnacceptable. It's terrible.
Thanks for the post, seems to have fixed the issues for Chrome.
