I've got a newly installed Clearchat headset, and while it works with Windows system sounds and, for instance, Youtube videos, it doesn't work for playing back music with Winamp or Mediamonkey. I've set the default audio device in Windows to the headset and have made sure nothing is muted, but I can't seem to get it to work correctly. Does anyone have any insight as to what's going on?

Hi rec,
Please post your Operating System details. Do you have any other USB audio devices connected? Are you plugged in to a USB port on the computer, not a hub, not a keyboard, not a monitor?
Logitech Customer Support for further assistance.

Hi Mike,
I'm on XP Media Center Edition, SP3. I moved the dongle off the hub and fiddled a bit with Winamp's settings (boo on DirectSound output, hooray for WaveOut Output) and it appears that everything's now on the same page. Thanks for pointing in the right direction!
