Most of my online meetings use GoToMeeting. The mic on the ClearChat Pro works fine, but I do not hear audio through the headset, just through the laptop speakers. If I use the GoToMeeting audio preferences, all I hear are chipmunk voices through the headset. I use a Mac with OS 10.6 and have the headset selected for audio input and output in Preferences.

Yes, I am having the same problem also with gotomeeting. There doesnt seem to be a fix for this from Logtech, Apple or gotomeeting... at least not one I have seen. There is supposed to be logitech firmware update for the dongle, but any link I find to it in the forums is a dead-end so I havent been able to try it, I am assuming it didnt work and got taken down.
I know plenty of people have been down this road before, so if you do have the answer can you please post it.
I use;
Logitech Premium Notebook headset
Mac OSX 10.5.8
USB Dongle part # A-5572A

Hi,
The patch is clearly for the ClearChat Wireless headset, not your product.
I just tried the link and it works just fine.
The issue you have is documented by gotomeeting and the fix will have to come from them. The application has issues in Mac OS and Windows too.
Logitech Customer Support for further assistance.
