Internet Headsets + Phones (READ ONLY ARCHIVE)

Bought this afternoon and have found that it will not appear in the Playback window in the sound tab? Allthough it will appear in the Recordings tab. Having read all the issues surrounding this head set I'm regreting picking this headset up. My computer is fully updated.

Have Logitech come back with anything on this yet? This is feeling like a rip off.
