ClearChat Pro locating P/N

i bought the clearchat pro a few months ago and now there appears to be an issue with the usb chip as it suddenly stopped being recognized, im trying to email aobut it but i cant seem to locate the part number i checked on the only thing that has anything written on it and that is the head of the usb plug, the little plastic part right before the male usb adapter head. can anyone please infor me as to were the part number is.
P.S. I read the locating information guide thats on the site and it did not help, the only thing i now know is that it starts with the number 8.

The PID is burned into the USB plug. The Part Number can be found by searching the web.
