Hi,
Check your PM's.
You'll have to post in the keyboard forum for the wrist guard.
Logitech Customer Support for further assistance.
You can also Email Us

I'm very irritated right now because my kid just tore up my earpads for my premium laptop headset. I found this post and the answer is WORTHLESS.
what are PMs? how about a link to where the replacements can be purchased? or even a simple answer of yes or no as to wether they can be purchased!
Tired of the run around. I want to see answers like:
"you can absolutely purchase replacement covers. unfortunately we don't list them on our site so you must contact customer server at blah.com."
OR
"we do not sell replacements of that part. you might be able to find a suitable stand in at blah.com."
how hard is that? why do you even have a forum if you are going to provide UNansweres like "check you PM's"
so can we please get some straight answers without any acronyms?
that would be great.

SURPRISE!!
its been almost a month and STILL no answer.
this is ridiculous. All I want is to spend more money with Logitech to replace the peices that were destroyed and they won't even provide any type of response!!
W T F ?!?!?!?!
all the logitech gear I get for Christmas is getting RETURNED. I love the products; however, without some resemblence of tech support its just not worth it!!
the economy is in a slump and I'm standing here trying to buy from logitech and I get 0 answers...
HELLO?!?!?!
screw it I'll buy something from somebody who wants to talk to and help their clients.
thanks for nothing there moderator mike.

Hi,
Sorry you are having difficulties but this NOT Logitech Technical Support.
It is not a way to bypass the phones or email if you want fast responses. PM's are Private Messages. There is a little enveleope icon at the top right of your screen. If you want to talk privately to another user you can send a PM.
We don't sell replacement earpad covers.
I'm sorry your earpads were ripped by a relative.
