Like 3 of the other 4 times, the only way for sound to work is to change the balance on the slider. Unfortunately, this cant be done on PS3.. where I use it.

What the (edited) is wrong with your product? Its not misused and is used carefully. The moment it died nothing was happening. I was in Modern Warfare 2 Lobby, game ended, and suddenly, as it ended, it died.

I can hear SOME people SLIGHTLY. How loud they're talking doesnt matter, its how deep/high their voice is.

When I use it on PC, I can hear some things, but again, very quiet and the audio quality is horrible.

By moving the balance slider to EITHER side ANY degree, its compeletely fixed. Both speakers work.
