How to start a Warranty claim

At the top of the page there is a mouse-over called Support under which you will see a link to "Contact us" for North American support.

If you are not in North America, go to the bottom of the page and click on "Change Location". Pick the geography you are in.

Product Part numbers are on the retail packaging. They can also be found on the internet on the Logitech main product pages.

M/N number refers to Manufacturing Number. It can be found on the product.

PID refers to Production Information Date. This is usually a sticker, or is stamped or etched into the product. For USB products this is usually etched into the USB connector.

If you cannot find the number just enter N/A.

Please have as much information as you can find available if you are calling support. It is usually pointless to phone support if you are not in front of or do not have the product with you.

BEFORE YOU CONTACT SUPPORT

Try to do some simple troubleshooting:

If you can, try the product on another computer.

Try using an alternate source like an MP3 player in the case of speaker systems.

Try resetting the device if appropriate

Thank you for your post.
