Made a thread about my issues with this head set. Received no help from this Mike Mod.
Feedback and customor support of this site is ok at best.
The mod should do a better job helping people rather than say "its not the company I work for's fault derp it must be yours"
Bad serivce imo.

I am having exactly the same problem with my XP PRO SP3, fully updated system. The headset was "lost" by Windows a couple of weeks ago and there is no way that I have found to re-install the drivers. I've tried different USB ports, a NEW H330 headset, I've transfrerred drivers off XP installation CD and STILL it won't work. Now, come on Logitech, tell us just WHICH USB driver this device uses! It's no good telling us that we have a corrupt driver if we don't know which one we should be using. This is clearly a common problem and it needs sorting out quickly.

This advice is about as much use as a chocolate teapot! Please inform us just which drivers, .inf and any other files that are required for the H330 headset so we can try reloading them. We are all chasing the rainbow here because if the device won't install we get the usual meaningless Microsoft messages that are of no help at all.
I've tried everything I can think of.
This problem needs sorting out PRONTO.
