Hi everyone. I just bought the Logitech Clear Chat Stereo headset the other day and cannot get the mic to work. I have Windows 7 as the OS. I've got the headphones part to work. I was just wondering how I can get the mic to work. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Zeldagirl20

Hi,
The ClearChat Stereo headset connects to the sound card on your computer. You will need to go to the Sounds app in Control Panel and set up the mic portion of the sound card (under Recording).

I'm having the same problem I have Win7 Professional. Only reason I did not return it for a USB model is because it works on our Win XP and my boyfriend's Win7 Ultimate.
How do I fix this?

Hi,
You will have to fix whatever the problem is with your computer's sound card.
If the headset works on other computers then the issue is not the headset.
