Logitech Headset will not work with Vista

Hi
 
I have a USB headset, which worked perfectly under XPpro, on my Vaio Laptop. I have now installed Vista on the same machine and get the message, in Device Manager, below when I plug it into the laptop.
 
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.
 
The headset Model is P/N B-0125A
Doc P/N 12-00093

Whilst the long and convoluted process described does work, most of the time, it should not be necessary and is something that you guys need to fix.
 
Also people should not have to trawl through the User Forum to find this sort of problem, it should be in the Knowledge base - where people can find it easily.
