Internet Headsets + Phones (READ ONLY ARCHIVE)

I just bought this new mic. Its really nice, except for one problem. Only one speaker works when I use the rear audio jack for it. Mic plugged in, or not plugged in, same thing. All the sound goes through except that one speaker. It's the right speaker and I'm on Windows 7 Ultimate. I went through my audio settings and everything, still not working. Any help would be nice. Thanks!
