Problems with Clearchat Style Headset

Logitech,
I have recently(about 2 weeks ago) bought a Clearchat Style Headset from a local Walmart. I have had many products from your company before and have never been disappointed. The first day I got it I opened it immediately and threw out the packaging. I had no doubts that this wouldn't work because I had never had any problems before. Today I finally tried to use it and, unfortunately, it does not work. Ive tried everything(looked up and down these forums). Im using windows vista. I know its not my computers fault because everything is updated and Ive never had troubles with it. Using the headset I can hear music and people speak but they cannot hear me. Ive literally put the microphone in my mouth and screamed but nothing was being recognized. If there is any possibility that you know the solution or if I can have this replaced please let me know.
P.S.
I would call support and ask, but I got connected to someone I couldnt understand with an indian accent. You should hire people who can speak clearly.

Wow, few days now and still no reply from logitech? Well... you sure know how to help your customers. You think someone working for logitech would check and respond to these forums.

Since Im not getting a response from here I tried calling support again... I was put on hold... for a very long time. I decided to hang up. Im not liking the help from this company.
