Hello,
Please let me begin by saying what a big logitech fan I have always been. I love your products for being both visually pleasing, ergonomic and easy to use with superb quality.
Yesterday, Saturday November 29th, 2008, I purchased the aforementioned headset and was thrilled to get it up and running. As with every product I buy, I began by reading the manual. It stated that I had to recharge the battery for four hours, which I did and then it stated that I need to install the software and once prompted to plug in the device that I should. In summary I followed the instructions word for word.
Once that was complete I could hear something that was of extremely low quality coming in from the ear piece. I decided to restart in hopes of it gettings fixed, but instead that was the last time I ever managed to have the device connect with the base.
Since then I have uninstalled the callcenter version that came on the CD, rebooted and downloaded and installed the CallCenter version 10.4.6.1138 (from your website), ensured I have all the Windows XP updates. (i am using XP SP3) but I still cannot manage to get the device to pair with it's USB dongle station. It only paired the first time and never again.
My Model #: F-0399A
Any guidance you can provide is greatly appreciated and I know your products are flawless. I just need guidance here. I seriously am all out of ideas.
