I have a ClearChat Pro USB and for some reason, WIndows XP says it's either malfunctioned or it doesn't recognize it when I plug it in. I had just used it Friday and it worked fine. I thought I had to update the USB drivers, but it said it couldn't find a newer version. I was able to plug in other things that worked fine, so it isn't the laptop.
Is there something else I can do? Or should I just suck it up and buy a new one?
