hi

my headband will turn on for a brief moment and i connect to the sender, and it flashes red and blue continously and then switches off, afterward i connected to charger and i charged it until the charge light went off and it wotn turn on now but everytime i press the on the button the power cable lights up. so im almsot 100% sure its the battery in the headset, and nothiong to do with the sendign part any suggestions what i could do???

Hi woolerland,

I'm not sure whether you have the charger connected while you are trying to use the headphones. If so, the headphones will not work while charging.

Which part flashes red/blue, the dongle or the headphones?

When you charge the headphones does the orange LED turn off?

i jsut had a go again and now its worse the headphones dont respond at all now even trying to charge it, no charger  light turns  on when charging and it wont turn on but the dongle works fine
