Planned Obsolescence
I bought a logitech headset a few months ago. A couple of weeks afterwards the USB plug casing broke open so I glued it back together. A couple more weeks later the right headphone stopped working. Now it is completely broken. It was quite expensive certainly not the cheapest product available.
Does the logitech design department have planned obsolescence in mind.
Here is a nice film clip on the issue.

If this is not planned, how could logitech make good with a disgruntled customer. I do not have any of the paperwork left from buying it. I tend to trust but evidently that is not a good idea, when dealing with logitech.
