Internet Headsets + Phones (READ ONLY ARCHIVE)

Hi, I just bought this today and I can't get it to play my music or really anything except for skype. I have tried to go to devices and then get it to play but I just don't know what to do. Any help would be apreciated.

yes please help I'm having the same problem. I can talk to people in skype but when i load up a video or try to play a game the sound plays through the speakers instead of the headset. Someone help us please!!!!!

I am also having the same issue.

I plugged it in.  It does not show up on my control panel > Sound menu.  I unplugged my old speakers.

Still nothing.

I unplugged and replugged it in.

Nothing.

I went under device manager.  It is listed not under sound, but with a question mark by itself.  Windows XP is NOT recognizing it.

Any ideas?

I am having the exact same problem! I see no one bothered to answer any of you here.  I emailed support tonight so we will see if that gives any answers!
