Broken Feet

I too have a broken 3200 foot.

I called support and was told to Google "Keyboard Feet" to find a replacement.

I could not find anyone selling them.

My point is if they are going to tell people to go find it themselves, then they should give us the web address of companies that actually do sell replacement feet.

I did (just now) submit an email through support and we will se what they do for me.

Re: Broken Feet

Hi,

If we have spare keyboard legs available (which is not very often), we'll send one over to you.

Re: Broken Feet

Simple, have the manufacturer send you guys extra feet when they manufacture the keyboards and as I have read also have them provide replacement battery covers.  What company doesn't have a backup supply of replacement covers besides Logitech?  None that I can think of.

Re: Broken Feet

We have just bought 5 MX3200 keyboards, one of which broke a leg within the first days of use.
Can you send us a few spare legs?

Thanks.

Re: Broken Feet

This must be a defect in this keyboard. I have owned this board for a month and after putting in the feet and pulling them out twice in that time a foot has broken off. Should be a recall.
