Hello,

I connected the number pad (2.4 GHz number pad with excel, calc and IE buttons on top) and everything works great EXCEPT the excel shortcut button.

I have Excel 2007 with XP, and I use a dvorak keyboard layout for my keyboard.  

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,

Please try using the number pad with a different computer to verify if it is a hardware problem. If the issue persists, please e-mail Customer Support to process a warranty replacement.
