Figures the day after i register it something goes wrong. I'm using the EX110 Wireless desktop but I'm not using the mouse that came with the keyboard, I'm using my MX610 mouse. I have had the keyboard working for several weeks but today none of the keys worked. Changed the batteries and pressed the button on the bottom of the keyboard, it reconnected because i saw the lights go on after pressing the receiver button, nothing. I checked the setpoint software and it says everything is fine, still nothing. Checked device manager and everything is fine, still not working. Restored XP to an early date when i know it was working, nothing. When i reboot and go into XP everything is fine until a press a key on the EX110, strange things begun to happen. Like icons turning blue and menu items turning blue all over the place also lot of bumping sound XP makes just not sure what it means. I always need to reboot to stop this and everything is fine when XP restarts, and while this goes on the mouse works fine. I'm typing this with my Microsoft keyboard i keep hooked to the computer. USB hubs are fine so where do i go next?

i just found something, when my computer boots i get the id screen where it ids the bios and stuff and see an error message about a stuck key. all the keys on the keyboard seam fine so does this mean a problem with the keyboard inside that can't be fixed and i would need to send it in.

Did you try unpluggin the USB reciever prior to booting up and then plugging it in after Windows boots up? If it still says stuck key and you can't fix it then you probably have to send it in.

i tested in my laptop and could not get the second light to lite up and it did the same crazy as my tower so they are going to replace it. i don't have to send it in they are just going to send me a replacement ex110 wireless desktop, who said logitech doesn't honor there warranty. funny i did not know that this was warrantied for 5 years but now i do. when i tilt the keyboard up and down i can hear something sliding around in side near the top middle of it, wonder if that is the transmitter.

I got my replacement EX110 Wireless Desktop today, thank you Logiteck. The keyboard is working fine and i noticed it doesn't have that sliding sound when i tilt it up&down like the old one did. Question: What should i do with the old keyboard?
