Hello there.

Yesterday i got my G15, i plugged everything correctly it worked fine, leds lcd etc.
But when i went in-game and i moved a bit then it started randomly stop moving i had to press the key again to move. I have even changed the refresh rates in control panel still didn't work.
So please logitech, help us who get this problem. If there is not a fix for this i prefer everyone to get money of their logitech G15's back.

What game are you experiencing this in?

In games such as: CS, HL2, WoW, etc. Most likely in every game.

Im getting annoyed of this issue, please do something for it. Other keys seem to work correctly but not wasd i think, but it's not for sure.

I had same problem, and I found out that I have to keep press the button hard enough to making it move. If I don't  press hard enough, it stops moving.

Worked for me also but we actually have to find out the solutation, i appreciate your answer, atleast it helps.

You shouldn't have to press down unnecessarily hard. If you are having to press down really hard to continue the activation of that key, you might be experiencing a keyboard membrane issue and you should contact support for a replacement.

Hello there

I don't know but the problem was fixed by the time, i hope this problem works for other people also. Don't rush with giving your g15 back again, it might be fixed by the time.

It may have been a misenumerated driver or a 3rd party software set interfereing. Glad to hear it's working fine!

Maybe there was an automatic windows update in the background?
