Just a short time ago my LX500 keyboard stopped working. I changed to new batteries, went through the reconnect procedures several times but no luck. I also reinstalled the latest drivers. When I click the Connect Utility, it asks me to connect the cordless mouse Mini Receiver to a usb port, which it already is. The mouse works fine. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi,

This could be an issue with the secure mode. Please try the following steps to release the secure mode on the keyboard:

a) Press Ctrl + Alt + F12.

b) Press connect button on the receiver.

c) Press connect button on the keyboard.

d) Press the escape key.

Thank you for the recommendation but I actually discovered the issue was nothing more than a stuck F9 key. Because the keys are rather low or recessed, I did not notice the key was stuck and would not disconnect. Once freed the keyboard works fine.
