I love my 710 keyboard, put in in my totebag to take with me and it quit working. :-(  I know, not smart. It doesn't appear to be damaged, I didn't drop or bang it. MOuse is working fine and batteries are fine. Is there a key or something I might have pressed that would make this happen? IS there something I might be able to do - keys to press to get it working again?

Hi,

This could be an issue with the secure mode. Please try the following steps to release the secure mode on the keyboard:

a) Press Ctrl + Alt + F12.

b) Press connect button on the receiver.

c) Press connect button on the keyboard.

d) Press the escape key.

Before I got your reply I got desperate and bought a second one, so now I have 2 in our household!
