"NOT working keys" for Logitech

I always like and use diferent Logitech products (Harmony Remote, mouse, keyboard and other products). But concerning the such product as top keyboard G15 it seems to me that nobody of Logitech support want to SOLVE a trouble of non working keys on G15. Scrolling the different forums I found out that the present problem is quite spreaded. I have also non working "+=" and other keys in many games and BIOS also. My PC is XPSp3. As a game elaborater I would not to come to an other keyboard brand. But because on non support of the mentioned trouble on the side of Logitech team I should to do it.
I hope to find an issue here at the forum and looking forward to the soonest reply of Logitech support team.

Re: "NOT working keys" for Logitech

I have a similar problem and hope to get an answer. I just bought a Wave keyboard to go with my Mac. The arrow keys won't work. No matter what I do all I get are numbers to come up. This is very annoying. Perhaps someone can offer a solution.

Re: "NOT working keys" for Logitech

I'm having problems with keys working too, but strangely it seems to only be happening when I'm in a game. My ? and / becomes a small or big E with a squigly on top of it. And for the ? I need to click on shift 6. For / I need to click shift 3. And ' isn't working either. And since the shift 3 and 6 are making a ? and / instead, I have no idea how to make the # and ^. Let's just say it's all messed up and I don't know how to fix it.

Re: "NOT working keys" for Logitech

There's three problems in this thread:

import- There are two potential causes. Either you have a bad microchip on the mainboard of the keyboard, or you have a corrupted driver: Please test this keyboard on another system

mchazin- It sounds like you might either have: An incorrectly identified keyboard within your OS, or some 3rd party software installed from a different keyboard. Could you check within the keyboard and mouse control panel and see how it's identified in there? Could you try toggling the numlock button? Could you uninstall any other keyboard software?

Tatiana- what reigon is your keyboard set up as in the OS, what key layout do you have, and is your game a US or non US market game?
