There's three problems in this thread:
import- There are two potential causes. Either you have a bad microchip on the mainboard of the keyboard, or you have a corrupted driver: Please test this keyboard on another system
mchazin- It sounds like you might either have: An incorrectly identified keyboard within your OS, or some 3rd party software installed from a different keyboard. Could you check within the keyboard and mouse control panel and see how it's identified in there? Could you try toggling the numlock button? Could you uninstall any other keyboard software?
Tatiana- what reigon is your keyboard set up as in the OS, what key layout do you have, and is your game a US or non US market game?
