Keyboard - Software

I bought the Cordless MediaBoard Pro and am using it for my HTPC with Vista Ultimate x64. Both the keyboard and trackpad (including scrolling) work fine but I have a couple of questions on fine tuning the keyboard:

1. The media keys at the top of the keyboard don't work correctly in applications like iTunes and Windows Media Player. What software do I need to get this working correctly? I installed SetPoint 4.60 but it doesn't recognize the keyboard to allow me to customize it.
2. How do I adjust the trackpad sensitivity, speed, and turn off tapping to click? Does the Synaptics driver work?

I know it wasn't meant for PC applications but it is a great keyboard for HTPC applications.
