Hey I recently bought an easy call desktop which has been working great, but i noticed my computer slowed down alot. So I checked my cpu processes and noticed that the communications_helper.exe is using a ton of memory! I was reading someone elses thread about a very similar problem (i think the only difference is the type of desktop system) and the LVComSX.exe was also mentioned as another possible waster of memory if i don't have a webcam? I have both of these programs and I was wondering if they are neccessary programs to be running? And if they are is there anyway I can prevent them from starting when my computer boots?
