I wrote this to the support people but thought I would post here too:

I have attempted to use the macro buttons. But they are not very useful. The main problem I have is that the pause in between each letter or number typed doesn't need to be .5 seconds. It could be as little as .03 seconds but there is no easy way to change this. Is there a way to change the pause time for ALL of them at the same time. (Or can you made an update to the software that would allow this?) This could be done either after people have created the pauses or before they do in some kind of preference place. Whatever would be easier. But it is daunting to have to go back and make changes to 100 pauses to make you macro work faster.

Well... I wrote to the tech support people and here is their response:

Thank you for contacting Logitech Customer Support.  Based on your email I see you have a question on changing the delay of the G15 keyboard keys. Steve each key will have to be configured separately. There's no universal settings for all the keys except for clearing all assigned keys or assigning the same macro to different keys at any one go.

Id suggest that you post your suggestion in the Discussion Forum page for future software upgrades.

Thanks Ed for replying.
The fact that someone has seen my comments and forwarded it to those who make the decisions is all I was asking for now.
It can be frustrating to write and never know whether it has been looked at and forwarded to those who need to see it.

I would think that after these software people see it though they would realize that this feature makes sense and they would make the attempt to incorporate it later.

Hopefully we will see this done at some point. Thanks again.

Oh and Ed,

In case they are wondering why this needs to be done. Here is why:

When playing in an online game if there are no pauses when I run the macro (of a sentance) it will not work. It will only work if I put pauses in between. The only reason I can think of is that we are working with the lag of the internet and it needs at least a .03 or so pause. In Word or normal programs it would work fine. Just online it wouldn't. But that is where most Gamers are going to use this macro feature.
