Re: Logitech Gadgets

[ Edited ]

Hey, anyone ever find a fix for this?  Seems to me that after such a long time, someone from Logitech ought to have at least responded by now.  I keep losing faith in this company's ability to write working software/drivers, which really bothers me.  They still make a very sexy piece of hardware, it just takes an act of God to get it working half the time.

Anyway, I've got the exact same thing, similar messages on all 3 of the gadgets I'm using: the Keyboard Dashboard, Error Rate Calculator, and the dual Battery Status monitor.

Dinovo Edge / G7

Setpoint  4.6

Vista x64 Ultimate

Would love a solution; thanks.

Re: Logitech Gadgets

I agree. Logitech SHOULD HAVE FIXED THIS ISSUE BY NOW. This is a complete LACK of customer service.

Re: Logitech Gadgets

Ditto. Admittedly I'm guessing that there's a massive number of people who have installed this without any troubles, but at least some form of acknowledgement that we exist would be nice.Has anyone tried emailing tech support yet? ><

Re: Logitech Gadgets

I'll try e-mailing tech support if I can manage to extract the full error message.

By the way, did I mention that the gadgets were working fine for me at first?  It was only after a reboot that they started displaying the errors.
