Please let me know the software version installed for this cordless desktop device and does the same problem occur when you move the receiver to other USB ports.
I also recommend that you that you test the devices in native drivers or embedded mode and you may refer to the steps provided in this thread (refer to my posting). Please report back with the results.

- Right click on desktop and choose Properties
- Click on the Screen Saver tab
- Under the Monitor Power, click the Power Option
- Check your Settings for Home/Office Desk power scheme
- Make sure all the fields are stated as Never
- Test the system now
