I have no problem to see the page and download.  Please try the link below and see how it goes.

Yes, I see the page, and the download. That is not the problem! the problem is that after I select the product, after I select the operating system, after I select "desktop manager", and scroll down to the blue "download software" button, and click on it, NOTHING HAPPENS !!

You don't have any kind of pop-up blocker set, do you ? These downloads usually send a popup and if it's blocked, maybe that's why nothing is happening.
Another trick that often works is right-clicking on the link, then "Save Link As" (or similar).

Re: SetPoint 4.60 is available for download...

Helvetica, thank you so much for your reply !!.....I was going to send you a "thanks" before you even posted your reply to my question. First, you post earlier about the programming of the F9-F12 keys was right on! (Exactly what should be available somewhere in Logitech help, but not to be found ANYWHERE!) So that fixed my problem with the "F" keys. And yes, (again, I might add) you were spot on with the idea that a pop up setting might be the problem with the link for downloading the update. But, If I may let me be a little more specific about my paticular problem....the actual problem was that I was using Firefox, and while 90% of the time, the Java plugin was not a problem, this time it wanted to block the download. I made a very quick fix by just using Explorer instead, which worked great. Thanks again for some great tips! PLEASE stay plugged into this forum!

Re: SetPoint 4.60 is available for download...

Is there a way to use the keyboard options for the mouse? I would love to be able to use the custom menu from my keyboard settings with the document flip button and perhaps control the volume with my back/forward buttons...  If there is any way to do this can someone let me know? [Nacho_mail@yahoo.com]  Thanx

I really like setpoint for all the options available but this would make for an even more versatile system and be much more useful for me in particular.  : )

Re: SetPoint 4.60 is available for download...

Available, but doesn't work for Vista x64

The software downloads and installs, but

the Setpoint screen only has the "info" tab and the "update" tab.

There are no settings tabs in the software.

I cannot setup my cordless keyboard and mouse, which is a real pain

because right now, with the default MS HID driver, when I use the spacebar

on the keyboard, it launches the mail program!  (really. just imagine how irritating this is).

Default MS HID works okay on MX700 mouse.

Sorry, I didn't realize that the newest Vista x64 is v4.24. (though the file info hover says 4.1.1 ??)

It's THAT software which doesn't work. I'll go find another thread to cry on.
