Hi x15a2 and All,
I had the same screen you got when I upgraded and installed the latest Setpoint. It simply wasn't showing the Keyboard. I then simply rebooted the computer and got the Keyboard in Setpoint.
Did everyone reboot the computer after installing Setpoint, because the software doesn't say to reboot?

Yes, of course, many reboots. OK, here's the real answer (per Richard, Logitech Tech Support):
I sincerely apologize, the Internet Navigator Keyboard is Logitech legacy product and this keyboard uses iTouch software on XP platform. The keyboard will not be detected on SetPoint software. This keyboard will function as a native driver on your system and you will not be able to customize or program the keyboard features on SetPoint software. By using the native drivers, your keyboard should function as a standard Windows keyboard. Again, inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
I find it interesting that Tech Support wants users to provide detailed information, but when details are provided, they are not read or just ignored (as was the case when I posted my question here). Believing that a "Support Specialist" would provide an accurate answer on this forum, I dutifully downloaded, renamed, uninstalled, installed, etc. just like I was told, only to learn that it was a complete waste of my time. Thankfully Richard took the time to actually read the details and provided an accurate answer (via email).
In the email chain with Richard, I also requested the final release version of iTouch, which is compatible with my keyboard. Version 2.22.289 is available at http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/479/3373&cl=ca,e

Well, I've worked Richard and a whole bunch of Logitech support guys on this problem, and now I've found the easiest solution to the problematic Setpoint v4.60 installation issue. Apparently, they need v4.60 to add some devices, but it doesn't properly register all of the older Logitech toys (like mice and keyboards). There are many ways to solve this problem, but here's the easiest solution:
1) Download Setpoint 4.00 at ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/setpo
2) Uninstall Setpoint 4.60 and reboot your system.
3) Run setpoint400.exe and install Setpoint 4.00, connecting all of your Logitech toys to your system directly (no docking station- or standalone USB hubs.)
4) Reboot your system.
5) Download Setpoint 4.60 at ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/setpo
If you decide to stick with Setpoint 4.00, that's OK, but it will hound you until you finally decide to update. You may as well update and get it over with.
Hope this helps all of you.
