THE solution... remove "wdf01000.sys" file.

I delete 'wdf01000.sys' file,
I install SetPoint and keyboard is installed but not mouse.
SOLUTION
I uninstall SetPoint and I say Yes, I want to restart the computer now.
Once the keyboard and mouse are detected and the generic drivers are installed.
Once the keyboard and mouse are not detected and the Wizard Add new hardware detected blocks the computer.
I can buy a USB/PS/2 mouse.
SOLUTION
Uninstall SetPoint and said No, I restart my computer later,
Generic drivers are installed,
Restart.
