Re: SetPoint 4.x & Windows XP SP3

I had a similiar problem with a Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.

The following link has more information that worked just fine to resolve the issue, and I believe it will work for you as well.

In essence, go to the services page for this computer and stop the bluetooth support services, change the "Log On As" to use the "Local System Account", restart the service and rediscover the bluetooth devices.  They should now work correctly once XP finishes the install.

Hi

THE solution... remove "wdf01000.sys" file.

Re: SetPoint 4.x & Windows XP SP3

Sorry for the mistake, I probably assumed it was a bluetooth device, the error with HID was very similiar.

I'm glad to see you found the answer you were looking for.

Hi

Today impossible to launch SetPoint...

I uninstall SetPoint,
I delete 'wdf01000.sys' file,
I install SetPoint and keyboard is installed but not mouse.

SOLUTION

1- Uninstall SetPoint

ATTENTION

I uninstall SetPoint and I say Yes, I want to restart the computer now.

Once the keyboard and mouse are detected and the generic drivers are installed.
Once the keyboard and mouse are not detected and the Wizard Add new hardware detected blocks the computer
.

I can buy a USB/PS/2 mouse.

SOLUTION

Uninstall SetPoint and said No, I restart my computer later,

Generic drivers are installed,

Restart.

2- Install SetPoint (reboot)
3- Edit C:\Program Files\Common Files\Logishrd\CDDRV2\LfKbdHid.ini and delete
