Hey there guys. Hoping you can help me out. For the last 24 hours, I've been having the following unexplainable problems.
My numberpad no longer works, however page-up section of keys work, the main keyboard area works, and the function keys and arrow keys and specialized/mappable keys all work.
The Mouse still works, mostly. The rolling works, the scrolling works, the left button works. The right button, the scroll-button-click, and the scroll-button-left and scroll-button-right no longer work.
I have changed the batteries in the keyboard, that did nothing. The logitech control panel shows that neither the keyboard nor the mouse actually need new batteries, but it was worth a try.
I also downloaded and re-installed the (no updates were released since purchase) logitech software.
What to do?
I am on a late2009 mac mini running OS X 10.6.3
The keyboard combo is a Desktop Wave (not Pro)
The keyboard and mouse both connect with the receiver without problems, connection seems good and strong.

so, in what manner do I contact acutal customer service to get support for my product? I want to know, either A) can i fix it or B) what must I do in order to return/replace it. I can't get either of those things from just random helpful fellow customers. That isn't what I was looking for.
