Keyboard and Keyboard + Mice Combos with Mac (READ ONLY ARCHIVE)

I'm using the Dinovo Mac. My Play/Pause & Previous/Next function keys stopped working. They were working earlier today. I'm unable to "wake them up."

I've been in contact with Logitech support...at least until they stopped replying to my emails.
