Keyboard and Keyboard + Mice Combos with Mac (READ ONLY ARCHIVE)

I bought the Dinovo notebook edition because I use Windows, Linux, and Mac all connected to the same kvm. My question is this, on the other operating systems the number keys work just fine, on the mac it seems every time I press a number key the keystroke order recieved by the computer is <clear><num><clear> is there a way to make the mac ignore the <clear> commands?

I am eager to clear up this issue as well. Please let Mac users know what proper software/drivers to install for usage with the diNovo Keyboard for Notebooks.

A week later and not even the acknowledgment that Logitech has seen this post. I am not impressed.

I have the same exact issue and am very disappointed that a company won't support such an expensive product. If I don't hear of a solution, this will definitely be the last time I, or anyone in my household, buys anything from logitech.

I just reinstalled my desktop, and have not had a chance to install the logitech mouse driver. I tried to use the keypad and it worked without any issues. Opened up the keymap viewer, and the <clear><num><clear> quirk is gone. If this problem stays solved after I finish installing all my other software, I will leave the logitech setpoint software behind. I think the problem may be actually intentional in their drivers. If so, I say BAD LOGITECH. Just because I do not want the mac only version of a keyboard does not mean that I shouldn't be able to use the other one with the same functionality mac provides out of the box.

The solution, Do not install logitech setpoint software with this keyboard. It's there software that messes everything up. If you already have their software installed, you may need to reformat to remove the applet that is causing the above problem.

I have not installed the setpoint software on the Mac.  It works fine on the PC.  And yes, this is the Dinovo for Notebooks [PC version].

Does the Logitech software come with an uninstall option? If not, this is a reason for me to avoid this product. No matter how good or cheap the product is, I'm not going to support lazy software design.

The Logitech software should have left a LCC Uninstaller in your Mac's Utilities file.
