Hello all.
I purchased an illuminated keyboard for my PC a few months ago. Recently I purchased the newer 15" MacBook Pro model and want to use this keyboard on the Mac.
It seems to working for the most part. A couple of issues I've come up with.
- When installing the latest software from this site, it recognizes my Logitech Mouse, but it doesn't see the Keyboard.
- I would like know how to properly swap the Windows Key with the Alt key so that they act more like the Command / Option key positions.
I've tried looking up other solutions online to swap the keys, but none seem to work or require some really odd software (Ukelele). I've tried swapping the keys under the Keyboard preference pane under the Modifier section, but that doesn't seem to do anything.
Thanks for any information

One thing to add, when I go into the Keyboard settings and choose Modifier Keys, I have these layouts to choose from and edit:
USB-PS/2 Optical Mouse
Logitech Illuminated Keyboard
Apple Internal Keyboard
Could the problem be that I'm using the keyboard through a USB hub and not directly connected to the MacBook Pro?

Oddly enough, I unplugged the keyboard from the hub, connected it directly to the MacBook and everything works perfectly. No need to remap anything.
Unplugged it and connected back to the hub and everything is still working fine.
Very strange, but I'm glad.
