I recently got a diNovo Mac Edition, and have it connected to my 24-inch Aluminum iMac running 10.5.6. Latest version of LCC software. Dongle plugged into a USB port, not a hub. Everything works great except the brightness controls on F1 and F2 don't do anything. Pressing either brings up the OS X HUD for brightness, but nothing gets adjusted. Also using an MX Laser mouse.
Any ideas?

Similar issue here, however, my F2 key does work and increases brightness, but F1 brings up 'Spaces' like F14 does.
All other function keys work as intended.
I even programmed an unused key (F5) as 'decrease brightness' as a test, lo and behold, it too then brought up 'Spaces' which leads me to believe LCC 2.6.2 has wrong control settings in it from the get go.
Logitech support has not responded with anything worth writing about to my inquiry.
I sure like the feel of the keyboard other than this one issue..

I can't really help either of you guys, but could you tell me how well the keyboard works without the LCC software?
I'm contemplating picking one up but I don't want to have to instal the sad excuse for software that LCC is.

If there is Apple keyboard on the same system, the brightness keys do not work on diNovo Mac Edition.
Please unplug Apple keyboard and give it try.

Only one Keyboard here too.
Good to know they actually know what causes it at least so we can hope for a fix soon. I still love the way keyboard feels and types. ![]()

I'm having a similar problem ... the spaces/expose F keys don't work .. I've tried remapping them to the correct applications .. but they still don't seem to work ... in fact they only seem able to bring up the brightness controls .. I've also picked up a logitech bluetooth mouse .. which also doesn't seem to be able to map the the expose/spaces functions ( except for dashboard) .. very odd ? I don't understand how the keystrokes and mouse clicks can register .. but are smoehow locked to certain applications or locked out of others ?
Does anyone know of and perhaps have tried any 3rd party software for keyboard mapping ?
Thanks

Hello,
same problem here. I´ve bought a new diNovo Mac Ed. but F1, F2 and F3 doesnt work. I can´t switch brightness and can´t use Exposé. Will there be a new driver to fix the Problem?
I use a MacBook Pro 13' mid 2010 with 10.6 Snow Leopard.
Greets from Germany, Jens
