This is a hardware limitation of the keyboard and you will not be able to disable it via the SetPoint software.

When I have the DiNovo connected to my laptop, when I use my laptop keyboard it also beeps...
I thought maybe it is the recharging base/stand, so I unplugged and was checking if that made any difference; it didn't.
The DiNovo is an exceptional keyboard, and I think it has been well-made, however this minor issue seems to be concerning many people, especially if they are eager gamers, or editorial typers, who often use Caps Lock in their line of work.
It can become REALLY off-putting and distracting when you're working on something.
I found everything was fine as long as I kept it disconnected, but what is the point in disconnecting a keyboard I bought to be used as a keyboard, does that make any sense? :s
Is there any way Logitech can make a new "patch" or something for the SetPoint software , in order to turn the noises off, or disable the sound hardware within the keyboard?
That would be incredibly helpful and I would greatly appreciate it, spending £80+ on a keyboard, and it not being how I expected, as well as being a supporter of Logitech equipment for a while now, I think it's only fair I stick with the hardware I bought until there is an upgrade/patch or something to correct the problems.
It is a revolutionary idea, and deserves credit for that much, but PLEASE offer us a reason to keep supporting Logitech.
Thanks
Ryan
EDIT: I forgot to mention, I disabled the pop-up (green font) notifications when I use the caps lock etc., which made it less distracting, but it's that bloody beep that sets it all off!

+1 for this problem...Logitech - this is *ridiculous*
In general I like the DiNovo keyboard, but for the price that we are paying it is absolutely unacceptable to have a BUG like this which prevents the user from turning off the "beep" sound which is output every time you press the Caps Lock key.
Why is there an option in Setpoint to disable this option if it doesn't work? This suggests to me that the option probably works for other logitech keyboards but that the DiNovo is flawed and does not respect that setting within SetPoint. In which case you should be either fixing this or issuing an optional recall/replacement for cutomers who bought the DiNovo keyboard and who are frustrated with the Caps Lock sound bug.
This is a premium keyboard, and I am not seeing the level of support from Logitech that I would expect for this kind of problem or product. I will probably be returning my DiNovo keyboard to Logitech if there is no fix for this problem as I use the Caps Lock key a lot and I need my PC/keyboard to be silent.
